Art Swap – A Creative Social Night

The Art Swap is a light-hearted, social painting experience created for fun, banter and connection for ladies roughly in their mid 20's to early 40's (but not exclusive). It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy being creative—especially if you haven't picked up a paintbrush since school!

This is a self-guided workshop, so there are no rules or pressure. You have complete creative freedom to paint whatever inspires you. There will also be a selection of objects on the table to spark ideas if you're not sure where to start.

This particular event is intentionally kept affordable (not-for-profit), making it accessible for anyone who would love to come along and network without the pressure of an expensive ticket.

How it works

Everyone begins with a blank canvas and starts painting their own artwork. Every five minutes, a timer will go off, and you'll swap canvases with the person beside you. You'll continue adding to each other's paintings throughout the session until, by the end, your original canvas makes its way back to you—now transformed by everyone's unique artistic touch.

We'll take a break halfway through, giving you time to grab some (pre-ordered) food and another drink (optional), relax, and chat with the group.

Once the painting wraps up, you're welcome to stay for after-drinks and continue networking. This event was created to help bring people together, make new friendships, and enjoy a fun, creative evening in a welcoming atmosphere.

Subject matter:
You have the creative license. There will be objects on the table to give you inspiration.

Your ticket includes: All art supplies + 1x house wine!
*TICKET EXCLUDES FOOD; You are responsible for ordering your food & and additional drinks after the first complimentary drink, either on arrival or pre-order at your expense. Food will arrive at half-time.
* 1 ticket = 1 person (no bystanders permitted due to limited seating).

Recommended Age and QTY:
25–40+ (approximately). This event is aimed at adults who are at a similar stage of life and are looking to connect with like-minded people in a relaxed, social setting.
(A minimum of 12 & max of 20 ppl

Schedule: (Please note: The schedule may vary depending on the number of attendees, as the painting activity itself takes approximately one hour to complete).

Dress Tip:
Your clothing will also be protected with an apron. Don't wear dangly sleeves unless they can be rolled up!
